BlackBird is a Fujitsu Point 510 system, designed mainly as a "walking around" PC to allow general use all around house. It runs all the basics, including web browser, mail programs, and other communications tools (AIM, Yahoo Messanger, GMud, etc). It's got one PCMCIA slot, usualy occupied by its 16-bit Wifi card, and has standard PS/2 port, 9-pin serial, and an IrDA port. It has a kicking battery, and can run for up to 6 hours on a single charge, including using Wifi and what not. Its great for around the house, and its pen recognition is great for basic use. When using it for serious typing, a flexable PS/2 keyboard is great.
One thing I'd love for this is one of several docking bays made for this model. There are several, that range from a simple charger to a complete port replicator and wall mount systems. I've found one place that sells one of the items, but their pricing scheeme is outragious for a 5+ year old system.
